Airport Transfers & VIP Meet and Greet

The car is already there. So is your greeter.

Chauffeured transfers at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and every private terminal in New York — and any airport worldwide, across 200+ cities and 90+ countries. A dedicated VIP greeter tracks your flight, meets you at the gate, and stays with you through immigration and baggage claim to a chauffeur who already knows your name.

How the Transfer Runs

Four steps, and none of them are yours.

An airport is where a good service either proves itself or unravels. Ours is built so that a delayed flight, a lost bag or a changed terminal never becomes your problem to solve.

We watch the flight, not the clock

Your tail number and flight are monitored live. The chauffeur is dispatched to the real landing time — early or three hours late, at no change in price.

A greeter, inside the hall

Your VIP greeter waits at baggage claim or customs with a discreet name board, takes the luggage and walks you to the car — more on how that works below. Curbside instead, if you prefer speed.

The cabin you asked for

Sedan, Maybach, Sprinter or armoured — cooled or warmed before you reach it, water and the day’s papers already inside.

One number, day or night

Assistants and concierges reach a dispatcher who already has the itinerary open — never a queue, never a re-explanation.

VIP Meet & Greet

A greeter waiting for you before your bags are.

Every arrival includes a dedicated greeter — not just a driver at the curb, but someone who stays with you from the gate to the car and takes care of whatever the terminal throws at you along the way.

Flight Tracked

Your greeter watches the tail number, not the timetable, and is in position for the real landing time — early, on time or three hours late.

Met at Arrivals

A discreet name board at the gate, the jet bridge or baggage claim — wherever you land, whichever terminal it is.

Luggage Handled

Every bag collected and carried, hands free from the carousel to the curb.

Escorted Through

Immigration, customs, a tight connection — your greeter walks every step beside you.

Guided to the Car

Straight to a chauffeur who already has the route, and a cabin cooled or warmed to your liking.

Ready for Surprises

A delay, a weather briefing, a gate change at the last minute — your greeter adjusts before you even know.

Standard on every transfer. Domestic or international, commercial terminal or private FBO — a VIP greeter is included, not an add-on.

The Experience

No two arrivals look the same. Neither does the way we handle them.

We are not a large fleet running guests through a fixed process. Friendly Ride is built the way a trusted concierge works — case by case, person by person — so the plan bends to you, not the other way around.

A name, not a booking number

Regulars are remembered — by name, by the car they prefer, by the small things that make a ride feel like yours.

Tolls, parking and the rest

Quoted honestly in the rate. Nothing appears on the invoice that wasn’t said aloud first.

Plans change — that’s fine

Cancel up to three hours out on sedans and SUVs. Travel rarely goes exactly to plan, so neither do we.

One call, start to finish

A delegation, a delayed connection, a change of terminal at the last minute — one dispatcher, already briefed, sees it through.

Before You Fly

The questions our dispatchers hear most.

CALL 877-374-1122
Do you track my flight?

Yes — every arrival is monitored against live flight data and the chauffeur is dispatched to the adjusted landing time. A delay or an early touchdown costs you nothing.

What does the VIP Meet and Greet include?

A dedicated greeter tracks your flight, meets you at the gate or arrivals hall with a discreet name board, handles your luggage, and escorts you through immigration and baggage claim to a chauffeur who already knows your name — on every transfer, at no extra charge.

Will someone meet me inside the terminal?

Yes — at baggage claim or the customs exit, with a discreet name board and hands for the luggage. Curbside pickup is there when you would rather move quickly.

How early should the car collect me for a departure?

We set the pickup backwards from your gate time using the day’s real traffic and TSA conditions — typically three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one.

Can you handle a delegation or several flights at once?

Regularly. Multi-car arrivals, staggered flights and consulate protocol are coordinated by one dispatcher who holds the whole manifest — see Partners & Clients.
