Roadshow Transportation

Your chauffeur stays with you — every stop, all day.

A roadshow is nine meetings in a city that does not cooperate. We assign chauffeurs trained specifically for this work — the same car, the same driver, from the first breakfast to the last flight, in New York and in every city on the itinerary.

Trained For Roadshows

Not a driver who happens to be free. A chauffeur who has run this before.

Roadshow work goes to a specific group of our chauffeurs — the ones trained for confidential, tightly-scheduled days where the car is part of the room. No matter what the day does, that chauffeur is right beside you.

Confidentiality signed

NDAs as standard, and we will execute your firm's own agreement before the programme begins.

Never leaves the car

The chauffeur stays with the vehicle and the principal — no circling the block, no unattended car with your papers in it.

Discreet by default

No conversation unless it's invited. A call taken in the back seat stays in the back seat.

Knows the buildings

Which entrance, which garage, which back door — the addresses on a NYC investor itinerary are not new to them.

Holds a restricted curb

Trained to wait where waiting is difficult, so the car is at the door when the meeting ends — not six minutes away.

Works with your EA

Changes go through the assistant or IR lead, not the principal. The person in the car is left alone to work.

How The Day Runs

One manifest, one dispatcher, one number to call.

Book the roadshow hourly as-directed so the cars hold between meetings, or as scheduled legs where the itinerary is fixed. Either way one dispatcher owns the manifest for the whole programme.

1
Send the itinerary as it stands

Even a half-built schedule is enough to quote. We read it back with car counts, staging points and the hours each vehicle is held.

2
Chauffeurs assigned and briefed

Named chauffeurs from the roadshow group, briefed on the route, the buildings and who to contact when something moves.

3
Cars staged, standby held

Lead car, principal cars and support vehicles staged ahead of each stop, with a standby car held in midtown for the change that always comes.

4
The next city, same desk

Chicago, San Francisco, Boston — covered by vetted affiliate operators, booked and billed through the same dispatcher and the same invoice.

Flight-tracked arrivals for inbound management teams run through Airport Transfers.

The Cars

Matched cars, so a five-car programme looks like one.

Sedans through 54-passenger coaches, all current-model. Multi-car roadshows are filled with matching vehicles wherever the manifest allows.

The roadshow standard — quiet enough to take a call between stops, unremarkable enough to sit at any curb.

Roadshows We Run

Different rooms. The same problem to solve.

Whether the day ends in a term sheet or a magazine cover, the transportation has to disappear into the schedule.

IPO & investor roadshows

Banks and IR firms running management teams through institutional meetings — multi-car, multi-day, one manifest.

Deal & fundraising tours

Founders and sponsors moving between VC offices and partner meetings, with the deck rehearsed in the back seat.

Artist & talent press tours

Label and publicist schedules — radio, podcast, TV and print in one day, with a chauffeur who works to the publicist's call sheet.

Product launch & media tours

Executives and spokespeople cycling through briefings, demos and desk-sides across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Pharma & advisory boards

Physician panels, KOL dinners and advisory sessions — arrivals staged and confidential lists held at dispatch.

Political & campaign travel

Donor meetings, fundraisers and press stops on a moving schedule — coordinated with security details where required.

Corporate accounts, cost-centre coding and consolidated invoicing are handled through Corporate Limousine Service.

What makes a roadshow chauffeur different?

They come from a trained group: NDAs signed, trained to stay with the principal and the car for the full day, familiar with the service entrances and garages on a New York investor route, and briefed to coordinate with your assistant rather than the passenger.

Do we keep the same chauffeur for the whole roadshow?

Yes. The same chauffeur and the same car stay with the principal across a multi-day programme, so preferences and routing are never re-explained at the start of a morning.

Can you run a five- or ten-car roadshow?

Regularly. One dispatcher holds the full manifest — lead car, principal cars and support vehicles — with matched vehicles where possible and a standby car held for the inevitable change.

Do you cover cities outside New York?

Yes. Multi-city US itineraries are covered through vetted affiliate operators, booked and billed through the same Friendly Ride dispatch desk — you keep one point of contact and one invoice for the whole tour.

How is a roadshow booked and billed?

Hourly as-directed when the cars need to hold between meetings, or as scheduled point-to-point legs when the itinerary is fixed. Corporate accounts get one consolidated invoice coded to a deal, matter number or cost centre.

Will chauffeurs sign our NDA?

Confidentiality agreements are standard on roadshow assignments, and we will execute your firm's own NDA before the programme begins. Certificates of insurance are issued to your risk team on request.
