Built for Corporate Travel Programmes

What a company needs from a car service is not what a passenger needs.

Executives judge the ride. Travel managers, executive assistants and finance teams judge everything around it — the reporting, the duty of care, the single point of contact when a meeting overruns. We are built for both.

One account, every department

Executive office, legal, banking floor, visiting clients and staff airport runs all draw on the same account, the same rate card and the same standards.

Duty of care you can evidence

Vetted, background-checked, uniformed chauffeurs. Licensed and fully insured commercial operation, with certificates issued straight to your risk team.

Reporting finance signs off without a call

Every trip coded to a department, cost centre, matter or project number, consolidated into one monthly invoice with a spend report attached.

A dispatcher who knows the account

Assistants reach a person, not a queue — one number, twenty-four hours, with your itinerary already open on their screen.

What We Cover

Corporate transportation, from a single executive to a full programme.

Companies rarely need one kind of car service. They need all of these, from one operator who keeps them consistent.

Executive daily travel

Standing morning and evening runs for named executives, with the same chauffeur wherever the schedule allows.

Corporate airport transfers

Flight-tracked pickups at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro for staff and inbound clients — see Airport Transfers.

Roadshows & investor days

Multi-car, multi-stop days run to the minute, with one dispatcher holding the whole manifest and bankers’ schedule changes absorbed live.

Conferences & offsites

Shuttles, sedans and executive vans working a delegate list — arrivals, venue loops and late departures on one plan.

Client & board hospitality

Marque cars for visiting principals, board meetings and annual meetings — the arrival that sets the tone before anyone speaks.

Secure & protected travel

Armoured vehicles and security-trained chauffeurs for sensitive travel, coordinated with your own protection team.

How the Account Works

Set up in a day, invoiced once a month.

No deposits, no minimum volume, no per-seat software to license. A corporate account is an agreement about rates, authority and reporting — and then it simply runs.

For Travel & Finance Teams

The questions procurement asks first.

CALL 877-374-1122
How do we open a corporate account?

One form and a credit reference. Most accounts are live within a business day, with your authorised bookers, cost centres and frequent passengers loaded before the first reservation is made.

How is corporate travel billed?

One consolidated monthly invoice on net terms, with every trip coded to the department, cost centre, matter or project number captured at booking — and a spend report attached for reconciliation.

Can assistants book for several executives?

Yes. Named assistants and travel managers hold as many passenger profiles as they need and book by portal, email or phone — always reaching a dispatcher who already has the account open.

Do you cover cities outside New York?

Yes — your account travels with you across 200+ cities in 90+ countries. New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are ours directly; everywhere else, we book and supervise vetted affiliates on your account, so the itinerary, the standards and the invoice stay with us.

What insurance and vendor documents can you provide?

Certificates of insurance naming your entity, W-9, licensing and any vendor-onboarding questionnaire your procurement team uses — returned promptly, before the account goes live if you prefer.

How new are the vehicles on the account?

Current-model, 2023 through 2026 — Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach, Cadillac Escalade ESV and executive Sprinter vans, with marque and armoured cars available on notice.
