Two decades of diplomatic movements in New York and beyond — Gulf and South Asian missions, permanent missions to the UN, and principals at head-of-state level, with the same standard extending across our 200+ city network. Almost always alongside the executive protection firm that holds the account. Your detail leads. We drive.
A consulate rarely dispatches its own vehicles. The account sits with an executive protection firm, a security consultancy or a protective detail, and ground transportation is delegated. That is where we have spent twenty years — as the transport layer inside someone else’s operation.
It means we know how to take direction. Your advance dictates the route. Your detail lead sets the timing. Our chauffeurs execute it without needing to be managed, and without becoming a variable you have to account for.
Vetted vehicles and chauffeurs under your operational control, on your paperwork.
Direct accounts for consular staff, delegations and resident diplomatic travel.
Duty-of-care transport for corporate principals travelling in elevated-risk posture.

Diplomatic movements fail in the seams — between the advance and the driver, between the airport and the cordon. This is the sequence we run so there are no seams to fail in.
Names, routes, timings and manifests are held at the operations desk and never discussed outside it. We will execute your NDA before the brief.
The detail lead or procurement officer briefs operations directly. Confidentiality is executed first — we do not ask who the principal is until the paperwork allows us to know.
Armored or standard, principal car and follow vehicles, seating and capacity. Armor specification is set against the assessed requirement and discussed only with you — never published.
Assignments go to chauffeurs already background-checked, certified in security and evasive driving, and protocol trained. Names and licence details are submitted for your own vetting before the movement.
Coordination with US State Department Diplomatic Security, NYPD and local law enforcement — cordon access, frozen zones, credential plates and approved holding positions, arranged before the day rather than argued at the barricade.
Tarmac and FBO access at Teterboro, JFK, Newark and Westchester, subject to authority approval, so the principal moves from aircraft steps to vehicle without a terminal. Otherwise a discreet meet inside, with the car already positioned.
Your advance owns the route. Chauffeurs hold formation, keep the order of precedence at every door, and place flags correctly when the movement calls for them. Standby vehicles are held for the change that always comes.
Manifests reconciled, one invoice to the retaining firm, records held to your retention terms. No case studies, no client names, no photographs. The reason you can read this page is that we do not write about the work.
Twenty years inside executive protection operations, not booked around them.
Working relationships with State Department Diplomatic Security on protected movements.
Cordon access, frozen zones and holding positions cleared with local command in advance.
Committed fleet and dedicated dispatch for General Assembly, booked months ahead.
Airside meets at Teterboro, JFK, Newark and Westchester where approval allows.
Flag placement, seating, order of precedence — the details a mission notices immediately.
Security and evasive driving certification on every armored and diplomatic assignment.
Inbound delegations arriving commercially are handled through Airport Transfers & VIP Meet and Greet, and multi-stop official programmes through Roadshow Transportation.
Armor levels, glass and drivetrain specifications are deliberately not published. They are confirmed to the detail lead against the assessed requirement.

Both. Most accounts sit with an executive protection firm, security consultancy or protective detail that holds operational control; consular staff and delegations can also hold a direct account.

Yes. Every chauffeur on an armored or diplomatic assignment is background-checked, certified in security and evasive driving, and protocol trained, with names and licence details submitted for your own vetting before the movement.
